Frosted film is applied to glass surfaces, either fully or partially. This type of film creates the visual effect of frosted glass, enhancing the atmosphere of a space while still allowing light to pass through.

It is most commonly used on shop windows or interior glass partitions, where it can cover the surface completely or only in selected sections. The film can also be printed and produced in different shades, not just the standard milky gray. When cut on specialized machines, it can take the form of stripes or custom shapes, creating an exceptional decorative effect.

Frosted film is most often used for decoration and partial privacy on glass surfaces in institutions such as banks, insurance companies, government or municipal offices, salons, and medical facilities.
