The branding of the venue includes all types of graphics and displays used to equip the conference hall and the hotel hosting the event. For stage setup, where speakers are located, we design and produce branded podiums and backdrop displays. At the entrance to the hall, we install graphics on paper, foil, canvas, or fabric, mounted on various display systems such as roll-ups, backdrops, promo counters, roll walls, A-boards, flag poles, and many other adaptable display units. Congresses and seminars are often international in nature, so we also produce table flags and pole flags of different countries and institutions.

For participant identification, we provide ID cards attached to neck lanyards printed with the event logo. This clearly distinguishes attendees from other hotel guests. In addition to ID cards and lanyards, we produce T-shirts and shirts for participants, serving as a visible sign of membership in the event. For round tables, we create name displays for each participant. Since congress and seminar participants are often guests of the hosting hotel, we also produce wristbands and access cards allowing them to use various hotel services.

The promotional gifts we create for seminar and congress participants are usually themed according to the nature of the event. For example, for medical congresses, we design items such as syringe-shaped pens, pill boxes, or presentation lasers, while for ecological seminars, we offer products made from recycled materials.
